Westward provides complete Electrical Heat Trace (EHT) services for the oilsands industry, covering design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. We install various heat trace systems, including self-regulating, constant wattage, and mineral insulated (MI) cables, integrating them with existing control systems.
Our maintenance services feature regular inspections, Megger testing, and thermal mapping to ensure your system performs optimally. For troubleshooting, we use Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and current monitoring devices to locate and fix faults, supported by detailed diagnostics with infrared thermography.
